Landscapers

The hours of operation are 8:00 am – 7:00 pm Monday – Saturday. No operations on Sundays or holidays.
Emergency tree removal is an exception.

Architectural Review Board (ARB)  approval is required for most exterior yard projects and tree removal.
Please ask your client if the project has been approved.
Barcodes for landscape businesses that frequent the North & South sides are available.
Please contact the SLLA office for fees and terms of the bar code agreement information.
The use of the SLLA yard debris site is NOT permitted.
The speed limit throughout Seven Lakes North & South is 25mph.
Violations will be subject to SLLA Judicial review.
Temporary roadside parking is permitted. However, please ensure your vehicle(s) and trailer(s) are completely to the side of the road and not on the road.

Home Service Businesses

Architectural Review Board (ARB) approval is required for most exterior home projects including roof, gutter, fascia, deck, dock, fence, shed, driveway, and walkway installations. Approval is also required for painting, siding, deck, dock, and bulkhead maintenance and board replacement. Please ask your client if the project has been approved.
The speed limit throughout Seven Lakes North & South is 25mph. Violations will be subject to SLLA Judicial review.
Temporary roadside parking is permitted. However, please ensure your vehicle(s) and trailer(s) are completely to the side of the road and not in the road.

Caregivers

A resident may sponsor a caregiver for a barcode to enter the North & South sides without having to check-in at the gate. Please have your client contact the office to arrange for a barcode if that arrangement is amenable to him/her.
Please have your client contact the SLLA Office if they would like to receive SLLA weekly E-Blasts or log-on to sevenlakesnc.org if email is not an option.
